Chakra Sets

Chakras are spiritual energy centres which control the distribution of life force energy around the body influencing the way the body functions. The Chakras begin at the base of the spine and finish over the top of the head. They are stimulated by energy vibrations, the same as the vibrations found to resonate within crystals. Each Chakra resonates to a different energy frequency as do each crystal, with each chakra having its own corresponding crystal.
